As of February 29, 2020, it was voted to have the courtyard and sidewalks as smoke-free zones.
Beginning April 1, 2020, SMOKING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED in the COURTYARD AND SIDEWALKS.
Please smoke in the smoking area provided between the laundry room pool area.
Remember if any Occupants is smoking in a smoke-free zone or throwing down cigarette butts, the Unit Owner will be charged a clean-up fee of no less than $100.00 per violation. Occupants may still smoke on back patios and balconies
Occupants must understand if the Board of Directors has to clean up any trash, litter, debris outside, around the smoking-free area, laundry area, parking lot or around your unit, it will be charged to the unit Owner.
